Nagpresenta ng dalawang witness ang prosecution ngayong linggo para talakayin kung paano ginastos ng Office of the Vice President at Department of Education sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Vice President Sara Duterte ang 2022 at 2023 confidential funds. Nagkaroon din ng mainit na diskusyon sa pagitan ng prosecution at defense kung aling guidelines o circular mula sa Commission on Audit ang dapat sundin sa pag-audit ng confidential funds.
